Anna sets the standard the rest of the team works to. Mortgage advice in the UK sits under strict rules, so she checks that anything we suggest lines up with what the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) asks for. The FCA is the regulator that oversees mortgage and protection advice, and working inside its rules is what keeps the advice you get safe.
You will not meet Anna in your advice appointments. She works behind them. Her job is to keep applications moving and to get the paperwork right the first time.
