Our Services

We provide advised services only and do not offer execution-only transactions. We act as a whole-of-market mortgage and insurance broker and advise on:

  • Mortgages

    • Residential, Consumer Buy-to-Let, Second Charge Mortgages and Regulated Bridging Loans
  • Protection

    • Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Accident, Sickness & Unemployment (ASU)
  • General Insurance

    • Buildings, Contents, Landlord Insurance and Private Medical Insurance

How we advise

All recommendations are made following a full assessment of your needs, circumstances and affordability, including completion of a Client Fact Find. Where additional borrowing is required, we will consider all suitable options, including further advances, remortgages, second charge mortgages or unsecured lending.

For protection and general insurance, we act as an intermediary and provide advice based on a fair and personal analysis of the market. Any applicable cancellation rights will be explained before you enter into a contract.

Fees and Commission

  • Mortgages

    • We may charge a broker fee of 0% up to 1% of the loan amount, or a fixed fee. The exact fee will be agreed and disclosed before any work commences. A commitment fee may apply depending on circumstances. Broker fees are non-refundable once paid. We also receive commission from the lender on completion, which will be disclosed in your mortgage illustration. Commission ranges are available on request.
  • Protection and General Insurance

    • We do not charge a fee for advising on or arranging protection or general insurance products. We receive commission from insurers, which is included in the premium you pay. The expected commission will be disclosed before a policy is arranged.

Service Standard

We are committed to acting in your best interests at all times. We will be open and transparent, communicate clearly, keep you updated throughout your application and liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and insurers as required.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us. If your complaint cannot be resolved, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.
